Recipe of the Week: Funfetti Cupcakes for Easter!

This one is super easy. I wanted to put this up before Easter because if I did it after, that would be really pointless, wouldn't it?

All you have to do is take a regular box of funfetti cake mix and bake it according to the directions. I chose this type of cake mix because it's springtime what is s[ring if not the most colorful season of the year?

After you’ve let the cupcakes cool, frost each one however you would like. Personally, I chose vanilla frosting and pastel-colored sprinkles, decorating half with Cadbury Eggs and the other half with Peeps. You could also choose to do different colored frosting, such as light yellow and pink, which really gives off a Spring/Easter vibe.
