Is there any recipe that screams Fall besides Chili? Probably, but just go with me here. Not only is it the best comfort food, but it is SOOO easy to make if you do it in the crockpot. My mom has been making this for years and it’s always been a crowd favorite. Pair it with some warm cornbread and you’ve got yourself the best dinner of your life. Check out the recipe below!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
2 packages of chili mix (found in your local grocery stores)
1 large can of diced basil tomatoes
2 small cans of kidney beans (drained and washed with cold water)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix up all ingredients in the crockpot and keep on low for eight hours.
