Recipe of the Week: Sauteed Peaches


Thank God peaches are in season because there are soooo many desserts that you can make with them! This one is my summer staple for many reasons. It's got three ingredients, takes (maybe) ten minutes, and is so yummy. If the video above doesn't make you salivate, I don't what will!


INGREDIENTS

6 large peaches

1 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp butter


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut your peaches into thick slices. I keep the skin on, but it's totally up to you!

2. Put 1 tablespoon of butter into the skillet and let it melt on medium.

3. Add in your peaches and brown sugar, with the remaining 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.

4. Let it cook until the brown sugar dissolves and the peaches become soft.


You can serve this in many different ways. My personal favorite is over some vanilla ice cream, but it's also delicious on its own! Let me know in the comments below what you think or if you've tried it! Enjoy!
