Yoga with Adriene

As some of you may know, I have had to deal with anxiety for a while now, and while the medication I take (prescribed by my doctor) works wonders, I decided to try another method to continue to help me relax, specifically right before I go to bed. I’ve found that bedtime is when I get the most anxious, so when I heard about the benefits of yoga, I thought I’d give it a chance. Why not, right? I looked on YouTube specifically for bedtime yoga routines and that’s when I came across a woman who changed the game for me. More specifically, I found Yoga With Adriene. She is amazing! I’ve posted the link to her YouTube Channel below, which I highly recommend you check out. She has yoga videos for almost everything. I’ve posted my favorite video of hers below, just in case you might be like me and need something to wind down those loud thoughts in your head and give you a chance at a good night’s sleep.
